No! This mentorship is designed for new graduates, therapists transitioning into pediatrics, and experienced OTs and COTAs who want to strengthen their clinical reasoning and confidence in pediatric practice.
Absolutely. The mentorship was created for both occupational therapists and occupational therapy assistants. The education and resources are designed to support therapists at all stages of their pediatric careers.
The Founding Cohort officially begins August 3. After enrolling, you'll receive immediate access to the mentorship community, welcome materials, and your Starter Clinical Toolkit so you can get settled before we begin.
You'll receive immediate access to your Starter Clinical Toolkit and community. Additional resources and curriculum will be released throughout the mentorship to support your learning and build confidence step by step.
Yes! The live coaching session will be recorded so you'll be able to revisit it later if you're unable to attend live.
Not at this time. This mentorship is designed to strengthen your pediatric clinical reasoning and confidence, but it is not currently approved for continuing education credit.
